Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing DAMO.

Because DAMO provides digital products and TradingView Invite-Only access, our refund policy is as follows.

1. Digital Products

DAMO products are delivered digitally. Once TradingView access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The customer was charged multiple times for the same purchase.

  • DAMO is unable to provide TradingView access due to an internal technical issue.

  • The service cannot be delivered within a reasonable time due to our fault.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect TradingView username submitted during checkout.

  • Lack of trading experience or dissatisfaction with trading results.

  • Failure to use the product after access has been granted.

  • Market losses or investment decisions.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable after access has been granted.
